LAVENDER

Oil of Communication & Contemplation

Lavender’s softness helps to soothe us and aid us in our search for quietness and rest. It assists communication by stimulating the language parts of our brain whilst bringing a sense of calm that dispels insecurities and a fear of rejection.

AROMATIC

Diffuse or apply to aromatherapy jewellery as needed to minimise anxious feelings.


TOPICAL

Massage at the soles of feet before sleep for relaxation.


TOP USES


Stress & Anxiety

Apply 1-2 drops to temples, or diffuse.


Sleep

Apply 2 drops to bottoms of feet and temples, or diffuse near bedside.


Skin Irritations & Burns

Apply 1-2 drops with carrier oil.


Allergies & Hay Fever

Put a drop under tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow with water.


Cuts, Blisters, & Scrapes 

Apply diluted to affected areas.

 

Irritability

Apply 1-2 drops to pulse points.

 

Headaches & Migraines

Apply 1-2 drops to temples and base of skull.

RECIPES:


Lavender Face Mask


4 drops Lavender

1 drop Lemon

1 Tablespoon Natural Plain Yoghurt

2 Teaspoons Honey


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Apply on a clean face and leave for at least 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.


Sleep Babe Massage Blend


2 drops Lavender

1 drop Roman Chamomile

5ml FCO

25ml Argan Oil


Put the essential oils in a glass dropper bottle and then fill the rest with the carrier oils. Shake well. Use to massage your baby at night for a peaceful sleep. Spot check before use.




TEA TREE

Oil of Standards & Boundaries

Tea Tree is a phenomenal physical and emotional cleanser. It brings out feelings of disgrace or annoyance, helps us better understand ourselves, and in this process, allows us to set better boundaries and guides us towards healthier emotions.

AROMATIC

Diffuse a few drops to refresh your mind and feel more rejuvenated.


TOPICAL

Add a drop to a facial cleanser to keep skin clean, and benefiting from its emotionally

cleansing scent.


TOP USES


Rashes & Eczema

Apply 1-2 drops diluted to affected areas.


Dandruff

Add 2 drops to shampoo daily.


Athlete’s Foot

Apply 1-2 drops neat to clean feet.


Acne & Blemishes

Apply a dab to affected areas.


Staph Infections

Take 1-2 drops in a capsule.*


Strep Throat & Tonsillitis

Gargle 2 drops with water, and rub 1-2 drops diluted to outside of throat.


Herpes

Apply 1 drop diluted to affected areas.

*Truly pure, steam distilled Tea Tree can be used internally.

Possible skin sensitivity.


RECIPES:


Yoga Mat Cleaning Spray


6 drops Tea tree

3 drops Frankincense

3 drops Lemongrass

2 Teaspoon Witch Hazel


Combine oils and Witch Hazel in a small spray bottle. Fill the rest with water. Shake before using.


Acne Be Gone Overnight Mask


2 drops Tea tree

2 teaspoons Aloe Vera Gel

1 teaspoon FCO


Mix all the ingredients until well blended. Apply a very thin layer to face at bedtime. Rinse with warm water in the morning.
