I offer tailored wellbeing workshops and training in workplaces, schools, and community settings, supporting staff, students, and local groups with practical tools for emotional health and resilience.
My sessions range from essential oil workshops for relaxation and calm, to themed sessions exploring topics like grief, loss, stress, or confidence—always delivered in a gentle, accessible way. I incorporate Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindfulness, and simple wellbeing strategies to create empowering, supportive experiences.
I have worked with hotel and spa guests, school teaching and support staff, corporate teams, and local communities, offering everything from women’s circles and tapping circles to practical wellbeing toolkits.
In schools, I can work with groups of children and young people during mental health days and wellbeing events, deliver workshops to help with challenges like exam stress or confidence, and provide one-to-one pupil support.
I also deliver safeguarding training to school staff, local councils, and organisations—including taxi companies—helping professionals understand their responsibilities and feel confident in their safeguarding role.

TESTIMONIALS
"Rachel has facilitated several wellbeing workshops at the university on behalf of our team, including an introductory session to essential oils with EFT for the Loss and Grief Network, holding a safe, comforting, and reassuring space for colleagues. Another recent workshop focussed on how to incorporate essential oils into everyday routines for overall feelings of wellness at work.
Colleagues have thoroughly enjoyed her warm and welcoming sessions; tailored to the specific needs of the groups and individuals attending, colleagues have left her sessions feeling calm, nurtured, and uplifted. It’s been a real pleasure working with Rachel, and we look forward to hopefully having an opportunity to work together again soon."
