Support for EFT Students & Practitioners

Available for qualified and trainee EFT practitioners, as well as professionals using EFT within their work.

One to One Supervision

Sometimes you need dedicated time to explore a client, work through a challenge or simply gain reassurance and support in your practice. One-to-one supervision offers a confidential, personalised space where the focus is entirely on you and the clients you’re supporting.

These sessions are available for:

* My EFT students (both those currently training and those who have qualified with me)

* Qualified EFT practitioners who have trained elsewhere

Whether you’re looking for guidance on a particular client, support with a technique, help navigating an ethical consideration, or simply a space to reflect on your work, individual supervision provides tailored support to help you develop with confidence.

What we can explore

Each session is led by your needs and may include:

* Client case discussions

* Ethical considerations and best practice

* Developing your EFT knowledge and skills

* Building confidence as a practitioner

* Exploring techniques and possible approaches

* Reflective practice and professional development

* Time to ask questions in a supportive, non-judgemental environment

Supervision isn’t about being tested or having all the answers. It’s about having a trusted space to think things through, gain fresh perspectives and continue developing as an ethical, confident practitioner.

Availability

Regular daytime appointments are available each month:

* Mondays: Two supervision appointments

* Tuesdays: Two supervision appointments

A limited number of evening appointments will also be released on an ad hoc basis, usually on the fourth Tuesday of the month, subject to availability.

Fees

One-to-one supervision is charged at £1 per minute, allowing you to book the amount of time you need.

* 30 minutes: £30

* 45 minutes (maximum): £45

Sessions are capped at 45 minutes, although many practitioners find that 30 minutes is enough to explore a specific case or question.

These sessions count towards the supervision requirements for EFT practitioners and provide a supportive, professional space to continue your growth and development.

If you’d like focused support that’s tailored entirely to your practice, I’d be delighted to work with you.

Group Supervision

Whether you’re still training or have been practising for years, supervision is an essential part of developing as an EFT practitioner. It offers a safe, supportive space to reflect on your work, celebrate successes, explore challenges, and continue growing in confidence and skill.

From October, I’ll be offering monthly online group supervision sessions for:

* My EFT students (both those currently training and those who have qualified with me)

* Qualified EFT practitioners who have trained elsewhere and are looking for a supportive supervision group

These sessions are designed to be collaborative and encouraging, drawing on the knowledge and experience of everyone in the room. I often describe it as a hive mind—where we learn not only from our own experiences, but from each other’s too.

What we’ll cover

Each session is guided by the needs of the group and may include:

* Client case discussions

* Exploring challenges and celebrating successes

* Sharing tapping approaches and techniques

* Building confidence as a practitioner

* Ethical considerations and best practice

* Questions, reflections and shared learning

You’re encouraged to bring cases, questions or situations you’d like support with. Sometimes you’ll receive exactly the guidance you were looking for; other times you’ll discover that someone else’s question provides the insight you didn’t even know you needed.

Supervision isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about continuing to learn, reflect and develop in a supportive professional community.

Student Swap Sessions

One of the best ways to become a confident EFT practitioner is to practise.

My monthly Student Swap Sessions provide a relaxed, supportive space where you can develop your skills, build confidence and experience EFT from both sides of the session.

These sessions are exclusively for students who have trained with me, whether you’re currently working towards your qualification or have already qualified.

How it works

You’ll be paired with another student for two practice sessions.

* You’ll spend 45 minutes working as the practitioner.

* Then you’ll swap roles and receive 45 minutes of EFT yourself.

* A 15-minute buffer at the end gives us time to change over, ask questions and reflect on the experience.

The sessions are designed to help you:

* Build confidence using EFT with others.

* Practise different techniques and approaches.

* Develop your listening and practitioner skills.

* Receive valuable EFT for yourself.

* Explore personal issues in a safe and supportive environment.

* Learn from regular practice with fellow students.

Whether you’re practising the basics or trying out new techniques you’ve recently learned, these sessions offer a friendly environment to continue growing as an EFT practitioner.

These aren’t assessed sessions, and there is no pressure to be perfect. They’re simply an opportunity to practise, learn, receive, ask questions and continue building your confidence alongside other students who are on the same journey.

The more you practise, the more natural EFT becomes—and there’s no better place to do that than in a warm, encouraging community where everyone is learning together.
