My approach is highly interactive and student-centred, combining demonstrations, practical exercises, pair work, and group discussions. You'll receive guidance and support throughout your learning journey, helping you develop both your skills and your confidence in using EFT effectively.

I offer Level 1 & 2 EFT Practitioner Training for those beginning their professional EFT journey or looking to build a strong foundation in the approach. For qualified practitioners wishing to deepen their knowledge and expand their skills, I also offer Level 3 Advanced EFT Training.
