🍂 September EFT Tapping Circle – Fear of Judgement 🍂
Do you hold back from speaking your truth or taking up space because you’re scared of what others will think?Do you replay conversations in your mind, fearing you’ve said or done the “wrong” thing?
This month’s circle is here to help you release the deeply rooted fear of being judged. Whether it comes from childhood, past relationships, school, or social anxiety — we’ll use EFT to clear the shame and self-doubt that comes from trying to be “acceptable” to everyone else.
