Join Our 6-Week Baby Massage Course: Nurturing Touch for Early Development

Throughout this journey, I'll guide you through the myriad benefits of baby massage, teaching you techniques that aid in alleviating common newborn discomforts such as colic, enhancing immune function, and promoting restful sleep.

Inclusive Final Session: The course culminates in a special weekend class designed for your baby's second carer, whether that be a dad, partner, mum, grandparent, or a sibling over the age of 18. This session is a beautiful opportunity for another important person in your baby's life to learn about and experience the joy of baby massage. (Note: One accompanying adult per baby, please.)

Convenient Scheduling: Understanding the demands of parenting, our course dates align with school terms, making it easier for those with older children to attend. Each class is exclusively reserved for one parent and their baby, ensuring a calm and focused environment.

Spaces are limited to foster an intimate and attentive setting. Embrace this opportunity to nurture your baby's health, soothe their discomforts, and strengthen your bond through the power of your touch.

An hour session will look like this:

• Welcome
• Getting babies ready
• 30 mins massage
• Getting babies dressed
• Cuppa & chat

Please know it is ok to feed, for baby to cry, to change nappy, to not be able to join in because baby is unsettled. All of this is OK. Babies are unpredictable. I offer a warm and welcoming space.
