Women's Rest & Nurture Circle

Come along to join other women for an hour and a half of relaxing and nurtuting time together. We will use mediations, relaxing exercises, sound and more to take you into deep relaxtion before bed. The event will be held in the Dome in the garden of the Manu Centre.

Parking is limited, so walking is advised. You can park on Bath Road and Ashley Road which are both a minute walk away.

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and anything that creates a relaxing feel for you. (eye masks, socks, etc)
