Service Description
12x 1.5 hr face to face coaching (either online or in person). We will approach you and your situation in a unique way. I will ask you to give me detail before we meet so I have a good idea of what we will be working on. We will use a combination of EFT, Matrix, essential oils, journalling, and other coaching techniques to support your journey. No two sessions are the same as I am led by my clients and my intuition. You will have free access to my online and in person community. I will be able to support you with recommendations of supplements and collagen. What’s App messaging access throughout the month – as much as is needed. It is much more than 18 hours!
